Teen’s death in forest road crash leads to arrests of Glendale, Tempe men

FOREST LAKES, AZ (AZFamily) — A summer night in central Arizona turned deadly for a 17-year-old, and now investigators say two Valley men are responsible.

The Coconino County Sheriff’s Office announced Friday that two Valley residents have been arrested in connection with a July 3 crash on Forest Service Road 330 in Forest Lakes last month.

Deputies arrested 19-year-old Carter Travis of Glendale on Aug. 28. He faces charges of second-degree homicide, three counts of aggravated assault, felony endangerment, and other DUI-related charges…
