MESA, AZ — A medical examiner has determined that a man with developmental disabilities who was found dead inside a van outside a Mesa facility earlier this summer died from heat exposure.
Lorenzo Lopez, 36, was picked up from his family’s home one day in June around 7:30 in the morning by Pathways for Life to attend a day school program, but did not return at 4:30 p.m. like he usually does.
