TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) — Police are searching for a suspect after a fight escalated into gunfire outside a Tempe In-N-Out early Sunday morning.
Just after midnight, first responders were called to the fast-food restaurant near Baseline Road and Calle Los Cerros, just east of 48th Street.
Investigators believe there was a fight among a group of men when one pulled out a gun, according to the Tempe Police Department. As the men struggled over the weapon, it went off.
Police say a man was struck by bullet fragments and taken to the hospital. He has since been released…
