Prosecutors have added two former Phoenix police officers charged in connection with a violent traffic stop to a list of law enforcement witnesses whose testimony may not be credible.
Antonio Felix and Luis Vasquez Jr. are now members of the Brady list, which is a tally of law enforcement officers with past misconduct that prosecutors must disclose under the 14th Amendment.
