Holla Brunch Girl, a Saturday-only, 21+ rooftop brunch party spot, opens this weekend — and it’s serving up magical drinks, sparkles included.
Dig in: The refreshing Botanical Bliss cocktail — which mixes Nolet’s gin, St-Germain, lemon and simple syrup, with butterfly pea for the glittery effect — caught my eye.

The vibe: Do you know Gwen Stefani’s “Hollaback Girl”? That’s pretty much the whole theme: B-A-N-A-N-A-S.
- Taking a cue from the lyrics, our server wore yellow and passed out inflatable bananas and microphones for pop-up sing-alongs.
- You can also enter sing-along competitions by being the loudest table in the room and win a round of banana shots, the restaurant’s signature drink.
What to know: Typical American brunch is on the menu. Chicken and waffles, strawberry balsamic French toast, orange vanilla pancakes, croissant breakfast flatbread, açaí bowls and more.
- It’s the only spot in the Valley serving a soft serve espresso martini in a cup or cone.
