PHOENIX (AZFamily) — The family of a homeowner who was shot and killed by a Phoenix police officer responding to a break-in has now sued the officer involved.
Family members of Christian Diaz Rendon filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Sept. 29 against Officer Jason Valenzuela, his supervisors and the City of Phoenix.
