MESA, Ariz. — The city of Mesa is considering stricter enforcement and higher fines for business owners who fail to maintain their properties.
Mesa receives about 10,000 complaints from residents each calendar year about property maintenance, according to Angelica Guevara, the city’s code compliance director.
