MESA, AZ (AZFamily) — A woman accused of driving the wrong way on an East Valley off-ramp after a hit-and-run was more than three times over the legal limit, authorities say.
The incident happened on Oct. 4, when state troopers received multiple reports of a wrong-way vehicle near Loop 202 and Broadway Road in Mesa, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
