A SAFE Alert was issued on Saturday for a missing 88-year-old woman last seen in Phoenix.
According to the Department of Public Safety, Maria Martinez De Aranda was last seen in the area near 31st Avenue and Elliot Road around 7 a.m.
Martinez De Aranda is described as 5-foot-9, weighs 109 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a black bandana/scarf on her head, gray leggings and had a red purse and a small black roller suitcase…
