PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A new website intends to help homeowners understand disputes with their homeowners associations and whether they are being treated unfairly.
The website, called HOA Eagle, encourages homeowners to upload their citation letter and their community’s rules and guidelines so they can be cross-referenced, using artificial intelligence, with their state’s current laws.
