Jose Antonio Beltran, 31, was sentenced to life in prison for the 2020 murder-for-hire of Andrea Marina Garcia in a Scottsdale home. Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Kreamer’s sentence – which included an addition two consecutive 20-year prison terms – was announced Jan. 12 by Maricopa County Attorney Rachel Mitchell.
