Mr. Pickle’s Sandwich Shop opened Jan. 24 as part of Phase 1 of the 260,000-square-foot Vineyard Towne Center currently under construction in Queen Creek. It marks the company’s sixth Valley location to open in the last 12 months. At 1,600 square feet, the Queen Creek restaurant is the company’s largest to date in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
