MESA, Ariz. – A man was found dead behind the wheel on Red Mountain Loop 202 in Mesa, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. An AZDPS trooper checked on a vehicle stopped in the area of eastbound State Route 202 near Alma School Road at 1:43 a.m. The trooper discovered a man who was dead behind the wheel of the vehicle, according to AZDPS.
