Tempe PD is investigating a report of a shooting outside of Fat Tuesday near 680 S Mill Ave. on Saturday night. According to Tempe PD, officers arrived on the scene after 1 a.m. and found one male victim with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the shoulder. He was transported to the hospital for treatment shortly after.
