CHANDLER, Ariz. – Chandler police have arrested a 19-year-old man for allegedly firing several gunshots at two brothers who the suspect claims had been harassing him. Edwin Jones was taken into custody over the weekend for his alleged involvement in a drive-by shooting Friday night near Chandler Boulevard and McClintock Drive that wounded a 16-year-old boy.
