PHOENIX – Parents are asked to be extra cautious with their kids in a Phoenix neighborhood near Scottsdale after two reported “stranger danger” incidents recently. According to the Scottsdale Police Department, officers received a call on Jan. 30 from the mother of a boy who goes to Desert Shadows Middle School in Scottsdale.
