PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) – Police believe a driver was possibly shot before crashing his minivan into a pole near Phoenix Sky Harbor early Monday afternoon. Around 2 p.m., police were called to reports of shots fired in the area of 23rd and Fillmore streets and arrived to find a minivan that had just collided with a pole. Officers say the driver had an injury consistent with a gunshot wound, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
