TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – The Pinal County Sheriff’s Office says two men are facing charges for starting a fire that likely destroyed their neighbor’s home. PCSO says they responded to a house fire Tuesday, April 23 near north Pava Lane and east Rolling Ridge Road in San Tan Valley.
