PHOENIX – After a harrowing jaunt through Phoenix rush hour traffic, a lucky dog is safe and sound. Arizona Department of Transportation cameras caught an Arizona DPS trooper with a dog on Interstate 17 near Thomas Road Tuesday morning. It appeared the loose pooch was darting in and out of traffic.
