TEMPE, AZ (AZFamily) – A man was arrested on Saturday after police said he secretly recorded women going to the bathroom at a Tempe business. Court documents say 22-year-old Jason Romo hid his phone in a box in the bathroom that had a hole cut in it so his phone’s camera could see the toilet in the area of Kyrene and Guadalupe roads.
