PHOENIX (AZFamily) – The Valley is seeing monsoon activity, and with it comes dust, power outages, and weather delays for air travel. Arizona’s Family First Alert meteorologists saw a round of wet weather begin rolling into the greater Phoenix area just after 5 p.m. with heavy rain recorded in the McDowell and Superstition mountains in the East Valley.
