PHOENIX (AZFamily) – A crash left a man dead and caused a small gas leak in north Phoenix on Thursday morning. Officers were called to the collision just before 6:30 a.m. near 16th Street and Campo Bello Drive, north of Bell Road. When police arrived, they found a man had collided into the wall.
