BUCKEYE, Ariz. – Buckeye Union High School Principal Joe Kinney has been placed on leave while he’s under investigation for a personal matter, the school district announced Tuesday. The law enforcement investigation is unrelated to Kinney’s work with the school district, according to a statement from the district’s superintendent.
