MESA, AZ (AZFamily) – A man is accused of attempting to kill another man by setting fire to his Mesa apartment last week because of a dispute over money. Lyle Terence Samuel, 56, allegedly started a fire at the home of someone who owed him money, leaving that man with serious injuries.
