PHOENIX (AZFamily) – Authorities identified human remains found at a north Phoenix mountain range earlier this week as a 16-year-old boy who was reported missing five months ago. Peoria police announced the remains of Bradley Klose were found at the mountain range near 67th Avenue and Happy Valley Road.
