Nominations are being accepted for a Scottsdale program that honors military veterans and service members. Street light pole banners in Old Town will feature local veterans, active-duty service members and members of the National Guard and Reserves. A city commission made up of seven residents came up with the Scottsdale Salutes program a couple years ago.
