PHOENIX (AZFamily)-A Valley freeway has reopened after a semi-truck carrying chocolate candy bars caught fire on Tuesday morning, leaving a sticky mess. The Arizona Department of Public Safety said that around 5 a.m., a semi-truck carrying Twix candy bars was westbound on Loop 303 milepost 137 in north Phoenix when the trailer caught fire.
