After a pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run collision on the night of July 25 near 34th Avenue and Camelback Road in Phoenix, a suspect has now been taken into custody. FOX 10 Phoenix reports that the victim, 51-year-old Pedro Cobas, was found with serious injuries at the scene and later succumbed to them in the hospital.
