Last Thursday evening, the Phoenix Police Department took a moment to celebrate its own at their Annual Award Ceremony. Held at the Orpheum Theater, the event was a testament to the challenging yet indispensable work done by the men and women of the force, as well as the community volunteers supporting them. In a display of appreciation, over 150 awards were distributed, recognizing acts of life-saving heroism, valorous service, supervisory excellence, and voluntary commitment.
