GILBERT, AZ (AZFamily) – Police have arrested a man and two teens they say are involved in a string of car break-ins across the Valley last month. On Tuesday, Gilbert police arrested 18-year-old Elijah Saenz of San Tan Valley and two 17-year-old boys from Mesa in connection to the crime.
