PEORIA, Ariz. – A Peoria man was arrested by the city’s police department and is facing several charges related to an alleged inappropriate conduct with a teen. Peoria police detectives arrested Christopher “CJ” Williams, 44, on three counts of sexual conduct with a minor, three counts of sexual abuse, two counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of assault.
