PHOENIX – A Phoenix man and his mother have been sentenced for smuggling wildlife from Mexico to Arizona, authorities announced last week. Raymond Anthony Rabago Montoya, 23, was sentenced earlier this month to one year and one day in prison followed by three years of supervised release, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
