Stock Up – Nicco Marchiol….. He was outstanding in this game. He was horrendous in the second half of last game. I would have never thought it was the same quarterback if I was a ‘blind’ observer (???). He made good decisions on read options. He was poised in the pocket. He made throws all over the field. He was…. fine running the ball. Not at Greene’s level in that department, but fine. The touchdown that gave WVU 31 points was what sets him apart. There was pressure coming from his blind side. He sensed it but, instead of panicking and rushing for five yards, he took a slight step up in the pocket and hit Ray for the big touchdown.
