Mesa will honor its veterans with the annual East Valley Veterans Parade on November 11, presented by Google Fiber. The parade starts at 11 a.m. in downtown Mesa, featuring over 100 entries beginning at Center Street and University Drive. This year’s theme is “Arizona Heroes in the Global War on Terrorism,” recognizing the service and sacrifices of those involved in the Afghanistan and Iraq wars and their families, as reported by the City of Mesa.
