CHANDLER, Ariz. – Two teens were found dead inside the garage at a Chandler home early Tuesday morning, according to police. Around 3 a.m. Tuesday, an officer on patrol near N. Arizona Avenue and E. Ray Road was flagged down by people requesting a welfare check on Romeo Elias Alvarez, 18, and a 17-year-old boy, Chandler police said.
