PHOENIX – A U.S. District judge sentenced a Phoenix man to 12 years in prison for a deadly human smuggling-related crash last week, authorities said. Kevin Rojo-Barron, 21, killed three members of the Tohono O’odham Nation last March, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Arizona.
