Christmas on Comstock, an animated neighborhood light display in Gilbert, is celebrating its 15th year and supporting Make-A-Wish Arizona with a special event from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday.
The neighborhood will host a special night for 20 Make-A-Wish Arizona wish kid alumni and their families with crafts, a snow machine, and a visit from Santa Claus .
Attendees to the event at 3702 E. Comstock Drive, Gilbert, are encouraged to donate to Make-A-Wish Arizona to help grant life-changing holiday wishes for children with critical illnesses.
For 15 years, Christmas on Comstock has featured 13 homes adorned with 110,000 lights. A winner of ABC’s “The Great Christmas Light Fight” in 2015, Christmas on Comstock has raised more than $125,000 for Make-A-Wish Arizona to grant life-changing wishes for children.
This holiday season, more than 4,000 children nationwide will be diagnosed with a critical illness. Make-A-Wish Arizona aims to grant 475 wishes this fiscal year to improve a wish child’s emotional and physical health.
