MESA, AZ (AZFamily) – Authorities and school officials have identified the victim in a deadly wrong-way crash in the East Valley over the weekend. According to officials, 50-year-old Nasser Chidiac was killed in a crash on the Loop 202 (Red Mountain) near Recker Road around 11 p.m. on Saturday. Troopers say a 23-year-old man was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes before colliding head-on with Chidiac’s vehicle.
