PHOENIX – As the Valley prepares to ring in the new year, Phoenix Police are asking the public to use caution when lighting off fireworks. “One of the most called services that the Phoenix Police Department happens goes on during the New Years is going to be the loud noise, the fireworks, the gunshots,” Sergeant Brian Bower said.
