PHOENIX (AZFamily) — A storm system pushes out of Nevada and into Arizona today, bringing weather changes.
Look for partly cloudy skies and a high of just 67 degrees in the Valley today. That’s about 15 degrees below normal for this time of year in Phoenix and will mark our coolest day this week. Winds will be breezy again but should be lighter than yesterday, generally closer to 10 to 15 miles per hour.
There’s a slight chance of afternoon rain and thunderstorms. Rain amounts should be light, but higher amounts are possible where any thunderstorms develop, which could also bring gustier winds, lightning and pea-sized hail. Rain chances for the Valley this afternoon are about 10 percent…
