However, the upper-level low and troughing moving through the state will also bring cooler temperatures but no rain.
On Friday, an upper-level low and trough will be over California; then, through Saturday and Sunday, that trough will move over Arizona. On Sunday, there will be a strong jet max over northern Arizona with 140 mph winds.
