A national homebuilder is tapping into the Arizona market to create affordable housing for people looking to take the next step toward homeownership.
The starting price point is over $178,000 less than the state’s median home price of $499,982, and nearly $200,000 less than metro Phoenix’s median home price of $520,000.
“In March 2025, the median home price in Phoenix was higher than the national median,” explains Hannah Jones , senior economist at Realtor.com® . “However, the number of listings in Phoenix increased significantly compared to one year ago, especially affordable listings.”…
