A groundbreaking ceremony is to be held Tuesday, May 6, near Velda Rose United Methodist Church in Mesa at the site of a planned 84-bed Circle the City medical respite center for people facing homelessness.
A program begins at 10:30 a.m. at the church, 5540 E. Main St., with the ceremonial turning of the soil immediately following at Circle the City’s site adjacent to the church.
