Historic Tempe church property sells for over $1 million

PHOENIX — A Tempe church property was recently sold for over $1 million by a California-based nonprofit, according to a Wednesday press release.

NAI Horizon’s Church Realty Solutions represented Skyline Church Inc. in the $1.1 million transaction of Skyline Church. Amy, Larry and Julia Beth Beaumont were the buyers.

The property was the former site of New Beginnings in Christ Wesleyan Church.
