PHOENIX — The Phoenix housing market’s inventory has not been this crowded for nearly a decade, prompting one expert’s prediction of a “mass sell-off” that was recently published in Newsweek. But real estate experts on the ground tell 12News there are no signs of doomsday scenarios anytime soon.
