PARADISE VALLEY, Ariz. — A new book is demanding action from California law enforcement in the mysterious and frightening death of an Arizona woman nearly 15 years ago.
Rebecca Zahau was found July 13, 2011. She was naked, arms and legs bound with a gag in her mouth, hanging from a balcony of an ocean front property owned by her boyfriend, Jonah Shacknai.
