Four men were out drinking, celebrating the 21st birthday of one of them. The birthday boy passed out and Chandler Fire was called to help. Fire personnel called for Chandler Police to help with crowd control.
With police officers only a few feet away, one of the four men stabbed the other in the neck. The victim died a few days later.
The family of that stabbing victim filed a legal claim against the city, demanding $10 million in connection with the incident…
