PHOENIX – Authorities issued a Silver Alert early Thursday for a missing 90-year-old Phoenix man.
Tom Morris Begay was last seen near Fourth Avenue and Vineyard Road — between Southern and Baseline roads — around 7:10 p.m. Wednesday.
