PHOENIX — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 80-year-old man last seen in Mesa on Monday.
David Terry, who is 6 feet tall and around 138 pounds, left on foot from the area of Pueblo and Crimson around 4:30 a.m., according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS).
