PEORIA, Ariz. — A motorcycle rider is dead after a crash in Phoenix.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, officers arrived on the scene of a single-vehicle crash near State Route 74 and New River Road. The crash occurred on Tuesday around 2:30 a.m.
